How It Works:

1. ALL our gowns are made from scratch to your measurements and can be modified to your liking
2. Place your order
3. Fill out measurement form (Find it on menu bar in home page)
4. Email or text us the measurement form (contact info bellow)
5. Production time starts after we receive measurements 

Production Time:

Our Production time varies greatly depending on season. We strongly recommend that you place your order 14 weeks in advance prior to your special event.

Shipping fee and shipping time:

Both Installments must be paid in full prior to shipment of the Cape

Shipping fee not included and will be calculated after packaging. 
Shipping times within the continental US usually range from 2 to 5 business days (UPS Ground); international shipping fully depends on destination and customs regulations and usually ranges from 14 and to 20 business days.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to custom nature of our business and all orders being hand made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on purchases.

Minor alteration might be needed if any. We do not offer alterations.
