I purchased this hat block from Australia a few years ago and it is one of my favorite fascinator shapes.  She is very 1930's and perches on the forehead at a pretty serious angle. I trimmed this version in a flirty, raffia straw fringe and a white leather bow.  The elements in this hat are a true white against an off white base.  This look would be great with a more vintage style dress.  Who has little gloves?  The hat secures to the head with a discreet elastic that goes under the hair behind the head.
